The De Getrainde Vuisten Foundation is governed by a four-member board consisting of a Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and General Board Member.

Responsibilities are clearly divided to ensure a healthy, transparent, and effective working structure, allowing the foundation and its activities to operate smoothly and sustainably.

The foundation’s Articles of Association have been formally filed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Interested parties may consult them for further information about the foundation’s objectives, governance, and organisational structure.
